In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how StoryBook Treasures, ("we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information that we obtain about the winners (“you” or “your”) of our Teacher of the Year Contests (“TOTY Contest ”).
By providing us with your information, you agree that your information will be handled as described in this Policy.
The Information We Collect About You
We collect information from you in connection with the TOY Contest application and we will use the information you provided if you are notified that you are a winner or runner up. However, note they the TOY Contest information is being collected via 123 Form Builder, a third party that may collect information from you in connection with your use of that service. Please refer to the 123 Form Builder privacy policy for more information regarding the information they collect from you.
When you apply for the TOY Contest, we will ask you to provide us with your contact information. This information is required in order for us to confirm your credentials, fulfill your prize (as applicable) and for our legal compliance and record keeping purposes. We do not collect any other information from you in connection with the TOY contest aside from the application form.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:

We only use your information for internal StoryBook Treasures program marketing and news updates.
