Sample: Jane Doe is a teacher at Franklin Pierce Elementary School in Baltimore City, Maryland. Franklin Pierce serves a unique population and it takes an exceptional educator to successfully motivate students to achieve their best academically while encouraging them to grow and mature socially and emotionally. “Each child has individual and specific requirements and Jane makes sure that each need is met with an innovative and caring approach,” wrote a parent, whose son is in her class. Ms. Doe began her career in education as a kindergarten teacher in the Baltimore City School system in 1993. There she developed and implemented a literacy communication-based program for students with reading challenges and learning disabilities. Ms. Doe earned her MEd in Early Childhood Education from Marymount University in Arlington Virginia.
